- Your name, mobile number and email when you book a service, place an order, create an account or contact us
- Your address, vehicle details and (if you allow it) your location, so our technician can reach you and we can show nearby shops
- Payment details you send us for verification, such as the UPI transaction number or a screenshot. We do not store your card or bank passwords
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, if website analytics is turned on
How we use it
- To confirm, carry out and follow up your service or order
- To contact you about your booking, bill or delivery
- To improve our service and prevent misuse
Sharing
We share your name, phone, address and vehicle details only with the mechanic or technician who serves you, and with the partner shop that supplies your order. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and location
We use small cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your location choice for nearby shops. You can clear cookies or turn off location in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some records, such as bills, may need to be kept for accounting.
